Three keynotes, four tracks and twelve people we have wanted on this stage for years.

The first twelve speakers are here

Who is coming

We open on Tuesday with Inês Carvalho, who moved four hundred engineers at Northwind from quarterly releases to a weekly train. We close on Thursday with Leila Haddad on how a five-line dependency turns into a breach. Between them are ten people we have wanted on this stage for years.

  • Three keynotes, one each morning, all on the main stage
  • Four tracks: AI & Agents, Engineering, Product and Design
  • Twelve speakers announced today, fifty-two more to follow

How we picked them

Every talk at Mainstage has to pass one test: the speaker has done the thing, in production, with real customers, and is willing to show the parts that went wrong. Amara Okafor is bringing a full year of incident reports from customer-facing agents. Daniel Reyes is bringing two hundred pricing tests, including the ones that lost.

We would rather hear one honest post-mortem than ten success stories.

That rule cut our longlist from three hundred names to sixty-four. It also means fewer product pitches than you may be used to at a tech conference.

What happens next

We announce new speakers every Thursday until the programme is full. The full schedule, with rooms and times, goes live eight weeks before doors.

  • Workshop hosts are announced with the workshops
  • Panel line-ups are confirmed last
  • If a speaker has to cancel, we tell you the same day

The hall holds 1,800 people and last year we sold out five weeks early. General, Pro and VIP passes are on sale now, and prices rise on 1 March. If you are coming as a team of five or more, write to us first for the group rate.
