About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a pass or a workshop place for Mainstage. By completing a registration you agree to them.

Passes

• A pass is confirmed once you receive the confirmation email and payment is complete.
• A pass is for one named person for all three days. The name is printed on the badge.
• Prices include what is listed for that pass on the tickets page. Travel and accommodation are not included.

Refunds and transfers

• Full refund up to 30 days before the first day of the event.
• After that, passes are not refunded, but you can transfer a pass to another person free of charge until 48 hours before doors open. Write to hello@mainstage.events with the new name.
• If we cancel the event, every pass is refunded in full. We cannot refund travel or hotel costs.

Can't make it? Transferring your pass to a colleague takes one email.

Workshops

Workshop places are limited and sold separately. A workshop can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days before the event. If a workshop does not run, its price is refunded.

Programme changes

Speakers, sessions and times can change. We will keep the schedule on this website up to date. A change to the programme is not a reason for a refund.

At the event

• Bring your confirmation email and a photo ID to collect your badge.
• Wear your badge in the venue at all times.
• Everyone attending agrees to the code of conduct. We may remove anyone who breaks it, without a refund.

Photos and recording

Talks are recorded and photos are taken for use by Mainstage. Please do not record full sessions yourself.

Liability

We look after the venue and the programme with care. We are not responsible for lost belongings or for costs outside our control, to the extent the law allows.
